Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in our client's facility in Riyadh. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with a passion for leadership and process optimization in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet production targets
• Train, mentor, and guide production staff on best practices
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, quality control, logistics) to optimize processes
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Identify areas for improvement in production methods and equipment
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in a production or supervisory role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
