Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Control Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for our Oil & Gas projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education

Doctorate in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in project control or project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of cost management and budgeting.
• Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
