Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate degree and possess 3-5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing sector. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of aerospace engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in the manufacturing or aerospace industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, CAD software, and engineering analysis programs.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
