Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer (Civil/Mech) with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating engineering projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee civil and mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit project reports, status updates, and risk assessments.
• Resolve engineering and operational challenges during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry codes, and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong coordination and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting civil and mechanical engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, or engineering support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software.
• Experience working in Oman or the GCC region.
