Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer – Mechanical to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. This role involves managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee mechanical engineering projects in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including project reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
• Perform mechanical system troubleshooting and optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools.
• Proven track record of managing small to medium-scale projects.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of industry standards (ASME, API, ISO).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Work Environment
