Job Overview
ASTTAR is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our Oil & Gas operations. This is a full-time position based in Al Murabba, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC management, a strong background in estimation, and a doctorate-level education.

Key Responsibilities
As a QA/QC Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for Oil & Gas projects.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
- Manage documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
- Train and mentor QA/QC personnel to enhance performance and adherence to standards.
- Ensure accurate estimation of quality control costs and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve quality-related concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Education: Doctorate in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in QA/QC management within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Estimation Skills: Proficient in cost estimation and resource planning for quality control processes.
- Certifications: ISO 9001, ASME, or API certifications are a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with NDT methods, welding standards, and material testing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and stakeholder interactions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quality objectives.
