Key Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, your primary duties will include:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely execution of construction activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including contractors, designers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and budget analyses.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Support procurement and material management activities.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational challenges.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Diploma holders with extensive experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas Construction projects.
- Proven expertise in project scheduling, execution, and risk management.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and industry best practices.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO).
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and other design tools.

Work Environment
