We are seeking an experienced Project Lead/Manager to oversee large-scale Oil & Gas Construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 5-10 years of industry experience. The successful candidate will lead project teams, ensure timely execution, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The Project Lead/Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution in the Oil & Gas Construction sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting milestones, challenges, and financial performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in project planning and execution within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
Soft Skills
- Leadership and team management.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements
Candidates must have:
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in project management within the Oil & Gas Construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
