Job Summary

As a Project Management Associate Analyst at Salesforce, you will support our IT project management teams in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or diploma holders with a passion for project management and a desire to grow in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Support risk management and issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
