Project Manager – Civil/Mech (Oil & Gas Construction)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil/Mech to oversee construction projects within the Oil & Gas industry in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for executing the ARAMCO project, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of project management experience in civil and mechanical construction, with a strong ability to coordinate teams and manage deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee civil and mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Resolve technical, logistical, and operational challenges in real-time.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment for project execution.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of project management experience in Oil & Gas Construction.
• Prior experience on ARAMCO projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil and mechanical construction methodologies.

Skills

• Proficient in project planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
