Project Manager (Onshore Project)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee onshore projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Based in Doha, Qatar, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for onshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial summaries, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead team meetings, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education Level:

Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Experience Level:

1-3 years of relevant experience in onshore project management, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
