Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager for Smart Water Network Systems, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT & OT system projects related to smart water networks.
• Coordinating with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of smart water technologies.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve deliverables on schedule.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Providing technical expertise in SCADA, IoT, and data analytics for water network optimization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success metrics.
• Conducting site visits and audits to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Training and mentoring junior staff on smart water network operations and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in plant operations within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT & OT systems, including SCADA, IoT, and PLCs.
• Familiarity with smart water network technologies and sustainability practices.
• Excellent project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification is a plus).
• Ability to analyze complex data and drive operational improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing IT/OT projects for water networks or industrial systems.
• Experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or utilities sector preferred.
