Job Overview

ASTTAR, a leading player in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking an experienced Project Procurement Manager to join our Project Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time role requiring 1-3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Oil & Gas sector. The successful candidate will oversee procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for Oil & Gas projects to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts.
• Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, bids, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and logistics.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics.
• Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and vendor reliability.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Optimize inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Doctorate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in project procurement within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of international procurement regulations.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
