Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PTW – Telecommunication professional to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and telecommunication networks within the Oil & Gas Construction sector. This position requires expertise in networking, compliance with safety protocols, and seamless coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for telecommunication projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor telecommunication networks and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to maintain operational integrity.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to PTW approvals and telecommunication protocols.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in telecommunication networking within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in PTW and telecommunication roles.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/UAE regulatory standards is a plus.
