About the Role

Nasline HR Consultancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Puncher Man to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sheet metal punching and be responsible for operating and maintaining punching machinery in a facility management or maintenance services environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Puncher Man, your primary duties will include:

• Operating punching machines to cut, shape, and form sheet metal as per specifications.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in punching operations.
• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Performing routine maintenance on punching equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and making minor repairs as needed.
• Adhering to workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of sheet metal and finished products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal punching or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating punching machines and other metal fabrication tools.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal properties and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with CNC punching machines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for metal fabrication.
• Certification in occupational health and safety.
• Previous experience in facility management or maintenance services.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Al Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to loud noises, dust, and heavy machinery. Candidates must adhere to strict safety guidelines at all times.
