About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Customer Service department in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in quality assurance and testing within the manufacturing industry.

As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electronic manufacturing products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement testing protocols, identify defects, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality testing of electronic components and products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to identify defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing and Customer Service teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Document test results, analyze data, and generate QA reports for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Support root cause analysis for product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development of quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with manual testing and basic automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in QA/testing (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
