QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Civil (Oil & Gas Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Civil to oversee quality assurance and control processes for civil construction projects in the Oil & Gas industry. This role is based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires hands-on experience in inspection, compliance, and supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil inspection within the Oil & Gas sector and a strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of civil construction activities, including foundations, structures, and pipelines, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Supervise and manage QA/QC teams on-site, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to quality procedures.
• Review and approve materials, workmanship, and testing procedures to meet project requirements.
• Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and non-conformance documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, API, and other relevant quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within the Oil & Gas or construction industry.
• Proven experience in supervising quality control teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, methods, and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASTM, API, and AASHTO.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
• Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods is a plus.

Soft Skills
