QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Electrical

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Electrical to join our Quality Control team in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the Oil & Gas industry, requiring 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and control for electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, overseeing inspections, and maintaining quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on electrical installations, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Supervise and lead a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and document non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors to facilitate inspections and resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure all electrical components meet project requirements, including wiring, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into project workflows.
• Conduct audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001, API, ASME, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QA/QC) is preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision, specifically in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven experience in supervising inspection teams and managing quality control processes.
• Familiarity with electrical standards such as NEC, IEC, IEEE, and local regulations.

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical testing equipment and inspection techniques.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment & Benefits

Location & Schedule

This role is based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is not a remote position. Standard working hours apply, with potential overtime during critical project phases.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges between 15-20 LPA, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
