Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Equipment to join our Quality Control team in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position in the Oil & Gas sector, offering a competitive salary range of 15-20 LPA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment inspection and quality control processes.

As a QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment meets industry standards, compliance requirements, and company specifications. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspection and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
• Supervise and lead a team of inspectors, providing guidance on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records for audits.
• Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to Oil & Gas industry regulations, including API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor supplier and vendor quality performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in supervising inspection teams and managing quality control projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of equipment inspection techniques and quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and ASTM.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Work Environment

This role is based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The position involves working in industrial settings, including workshops and field locations. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel to project sites.
