Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – HVAC to join our Quality Control team in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Compliance

• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, components, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, and local regulations).
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional tests on HVAC equipment, including ductwork, piping, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Document inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions in detailed reports.

Supervisory Duties

• Lead and oversee QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Train junior inspectors and contractors on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify areas for process optimization and recommend corrective actions to enhance system performance.
• Maintain and update quality control logs, checklists, and documentation for audits.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to discuss quality metrics and project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and HVAC system layouts.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with quality control software and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, pressure gauges, thermal cameras).
• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is a plus.

Soft Skills & Certifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ CQI) or HVAC-specific training is preferred.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in Quality Control or HVAC systems will be advantageous.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Diriyah, Riyadh, with occasional travel to project locations. The position requires working in industrial settings with exposure to outdoor conditions and adherence to strict safety protocols.
