QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Piping

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Piping to join our dynamic team in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and compliance of piping systems within our Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inspection and supervision, along with a strong understanding of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of piping systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities for piping installation, fabrication, and testing.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during inspections and supervision.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welding, materials, and piping components.
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Train and mentor junior inspectors and quality control personnel.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Certification in CSWIP, ASNT Level II, or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of API, ASME, and ASTM standards.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision, specifically in piping systems.
• Proven track record in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods.

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment
