We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor (Static – API 510) to oversee inspection and quality control processes for static equipment in the Oil & Gas industry. This full-time role is based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an individual with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on static equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, piping systems) in compliance with API 510, ASME, and other relevant standards.
- Supervise and lead QA/QC inspection teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), non-destructive testing (NDT) reports, and weld maps.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure all inspection activities follow company safety policies and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Conduct internal audits and support third-party audits for compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
- Mentor junior inspectors and provide technical guidance on QA/QC procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Certification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- API 510 certification is mandatory. Additional certifications (e.g., API 570, AWS-CWI, NDT Level II) are a plus.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a QA/QC Inspector or Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of static equipment inspection, including pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks.
- Familiarity with ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 653, and other relevant industry codes.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, and material specifications.
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as PT, MT, UT, and RT.
- Ability to use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, ultrasonic thickness gauges).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions
This is an on-site role in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with occasional field visits to project sites. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
