QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Telecommunication

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector & Supervisor – Telecommunication to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in telecommunication systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, quality control, and team supervision, with a focus on telecommunication projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits for telecommunication systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Supervise and lead a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Review and approve inspection reports, test plans, and quality documentation.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure all telecommunication installations and systems meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality lapses.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in QA/QC.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record of managing quality control for telecommunication projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems, fiber optics, and network infrastructure.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant quality standards.
