Job Description: QA/QC Instrumentation Engineer

About the Role

G. Gheewala Human Resources Consultants is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is within the Oil & Gas industry and requires expertise in QA/QC standards, instrumentation, and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and control for instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures for instrumentation projects.
• Inspect and test instrumentation equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for accuracy.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure all instrumentation systems meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on QA/QC findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior engineers on QA/QC best practices.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure quality deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, instrumentation systems, and calibration techniques.
• Certifications: Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME) are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and other control systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
