Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Lead to join our Quality Control Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong background in quality assurance and control processes. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC personnel to enhance team capabilities.
• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Leadership – Ability to guide and motivate a team.
• Attention to Detail – Keen eye for identifying defects or non-compliance.
• Problem-Solving – Aptitude for resolving quality-related challenges.
• Communication – Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and collaboration.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, and ASTM.
• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQI, IRCA) are a plus.

Work Environment

This role is on-site and based in our facility in Al-Rawdah, Riyadh. The candidate must be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with occasional travel to project sites. Safety protocols and PPE compliance are mandatory at all times.
