We are committed to excellence, safety, and innovation in all our operations. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager – Piping/Civil to join our team in Riyadh.

Job Overview

The QA/QC Manager – Piping/Civil will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for piping and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies while managing inspections, documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for piping and civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API) and project specifications.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams.
• Review and approve material test reports, welding procedures, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all quality documentation is maintained and submitted on time.
• Monitor welding, fabrication, and installation activities for piping and civil structures.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities.
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in QA/QC, welding inspection (CSWIP, CWI), or NDT (ASNT Level II) is a plus.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC management for piping and civil projects in oil & gas or construction.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3, API 570, AWS D1.1, and other relevant codes.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and techniques.

Skills:

• Strong management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco or SEC standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve occasional site visits, exposure to industrial environments, and collaboration with multinational teams.
