Key Responsibilities

As a QC Inspector, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting quality inspections on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Performing visual, dimensional, and functional tests using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Documenting inspection results and maintaining detailed records of quality control processes.
• Identifying defects, non-conformities, and deviations from standards; reporting findings to supervisors.
• Assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures and process improvements.
• Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Supporting audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education

• Diploma or Graduation in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related technical field.

Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a QC Inspector role or a similar position in the manufacturing or oil and gas sector.
• Familiarity with quality control tools, inspection techniques, and measurement devices.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or irregularities.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance principles is a plus.
