Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector (Structural) to join our Engineering department. This is a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience seeking to grow in the manufacturing and oil & gas sector.

As a QC Inspector, you will ensure all structural components meet industry standards and project specifications, supporting our commitment to quality assurance in large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural inspections on materials, welds, and fabricated components to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct visual and measurement tests using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ASME, API, AWS).
• Verify material certifications and test reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
• Assist in audits and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Structural preferred).

Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in quality control or structural inspection (training provided for freshers).
• Familiarity with oil & gas or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, and material properties.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
