Job Overview

We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors specializing in Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), and Telecom disciplines to join our Quality Control team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables meet industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, or Telecom installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), material certificates, and welding procedures.
• Perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections as required.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to quality control protocols.
• Document inspection findings and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Verify that all materials and equipment meet ASTM, ASME, API, or other relevant standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certification

• Doctorate in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Telecom).
• Certification in relevant inspection disciplines (e.g., CSWIP, AWS, ASNT Level II, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, etc.).

Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in QC inspections within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in inspecting Mechanical, Piping, Civil, E&I, or Telecom installations.
• Familiarity with NDT techniques (UT, RT, PT, MT, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
