Job Description

We are seeking experienced QC Inspectors (Mechanical / Piping / Welding) to join our Quality Control department. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in mechanical, piping, and welding inspections across our oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of mechanical components, piping systems, and welding work to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Conduct material inspections and verify their compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of quality records.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices in all inspection activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in QC inspection within the oil & gas or engineering & construction industry.
• Proven expertise in mechanical, piping, or welding inspections.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, piping, and welding inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in QC inspection (e.g., CSWIP, ASNT, or equivalent) is a plus.
