Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Follow standardized quality control procedures to assess product integrity.
• Document inspection results, defects, and deviations from specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Perform visual and functional tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Report non-conforming products and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in quality control inspection (freshers may apply).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., gauges, micrometers, calipers).
• Basic knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
