About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our Quality Control Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction industries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection, with a strong focus on industry regulations and best practices.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting materials, processes, and final products to ensure they meet our stringent quality benchmarks. Your expertise will help maintain operational excellence and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and construction processes.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Document inspection results and generate detailed reports for review.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Perform audits of supplier materials to verify quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
- Use precision measuring tools and testing equipment to validate quality.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during inspections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sectors.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASME, API, and other relevant quality standards.
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Certifications:
- Diploma or Graduation in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Certification in QA/QC or Quality Inspection is preferred.
- Additional training in safety compliance or NDT techniques is an advantage.
