Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Line Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• Performing visual and dimensional inspections of products at various stages of production.
• Identifying defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards.
• Documenting inspection results, maintaining accurate records, and generating reports.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Operating inspection tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Participating in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience:

• ITI/Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in quality inspection or a similar role (freshers may apply).
