Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Quality Control department in the Oil & Gas industry. This is a full-time position based in Al Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in estimation and costing, with a diploma or graduation in a relevant field.

Job Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for Oil & Gas projects.
- Conducting detailed analysis of project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
- Monitoring and controlling project expenditures to ensure compliance with budgets.
- Evaluating and negotiating supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Assisting in procurement processes and tender evaluations.
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Maintaining accurate documentation for cost tracking and audit purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education:
- Diploma or Graduation in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in estimation and costing within the Oil & Gas or construction industry.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar tools).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
