Job Overview

Sinclus Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (Civil/Mech/Electrical) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in estimation and costing within the construction industry. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, accurate budgeting, and financial control for civil, mechanical, and electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quantity Surveyor (Civil/Mech/Electrical), you will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects in civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for project budgets.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Preparing and evaluating tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual agreements.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to optimize cost efficiency.
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and verify quantities.
• Preparing interim and final valuations, variations, and claims.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in estimation and costing for civil, mechanical, and electrical projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, or similar).
• Thorough knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in large-scale civil, mechanical, or electrical projects.

Work Location & Conditions
