Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Operate Extruder Machinery: Efficiently run and monitor recycling extruder machines to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Data Monitoring: Utilize machine learning tools to analyze production data and improve operational efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to optimize production processes.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production metrics, maintenance logs, and quality checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Technical Expertise: 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating extruder or similar recycling machinery.
• Machine Learning: Basic understanding of machine learning applications in industrial settings.
• Educational Background: Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues under pressure.
