Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Guest Relations professional, your primary duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Addressing guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinating with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Upselling promotions, specials, and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Assisting in organizing events and private dining experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine passion for delivering top-notch guest experiences.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) is advantageous.
