About the Role

TransAsia Integrate Services is seeking a skilled Revit Specialist to join our Product Planning team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in Revit Family Creation and a strong background in the construction industry.

As a Revit Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, creating custom Revit families, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Revit families for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM models into workflows.
• Optimize and troubleshoot Revit models to enhance performance and usability.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit best practices.
• Ensure all Revit models adhere to company and client specifications.
• Assist in the creation of construction documentation and design visualizations.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM and Revit technologies to implement innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (5+ years of hands-on experience).
• Expertise in Revit Family Creation and parametric modeling.
• Strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
• Experience with construction documentation and 3D visualization.
• Knowledge of related software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or Dynamo is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Certifications in Revit or BIM are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
