Rig Move Loader – Oil & Gas Construction
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Rig Move Loader to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas Construction industry. This role is based in Irqah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires expertise in equipment loading for rig operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in operational logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the safe loading and unloading of heavy equipment and rig components.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols during rig move operations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to plan and execute efficient transport of materials.
- Inspect and maintain loading equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Document and report any incidents or discrepancies during the loading process.
- Work closely with rig crews to optimize load distribution and transportation efficiency.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines).
- 5-10 years of experience in equipment loading within the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
- Proven track record of handling heavy machinery and rig components.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of rig move operations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in operating loading equipment (e.g., cranes, forklifts).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
