This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in rigging and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient rigging operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging operations in compliance with safety standards (TUV certification required).
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment such as slings, hoists, and cranes.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to plan lifting operations.
• Ensure load stability and proper weight distribution.
• Follow company protocols and international rigging best practices.
• Assist in assembling and dismantling heavy machinery and structures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in rigging and construction.
• Valid TUV certification for rigging operations.
• Proficiency in using rigging tools and heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of load dynamics and weight calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Education & Certifications:

• ITI or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
• Additional safety training (OSHA, NEBOSH, or similar) is a plus.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a high-intensity construction environment with exposure to outdoor conditions. Candidates must be physically fit, able to lift heavy loads, and comfortable working at heights.
