Job Overview
Hamdan Global, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Riggers III (TUV) to join our Production Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in rigging operations, safety compliance, and equipment handling to support large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigging operations for heavy equipment and materials in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inspect and maintain rigging gear, including slings, shackles, hoists, and cables.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to plan lifts and ensure proper load distribution.
- Adhere to TUV certification standards and company policies for workplace safety.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and other machinery to position loads accurately.
- Identify potential hazards and report incidents or malfunctions promptly.
- Train junior riggers and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, equipment usage, and safety checks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
- ITI certification in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Rigging).
- TUV certification or equivalent in rigging operations (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in crane operation or heavy equipment handling (preferred).
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a Rigger III in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in rigging techniques, load calculations, and equipment inspection.
- Strong understanding of OSHA or equivalent safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Physical stamina to work in extreme weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Work Environment
This is an on-site position requiring full-time attendance at our construction sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be prepared to work in shifts, including weekends, depending on project deadlines. Safety gear and training will be provided.
