Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Risk Analyst to join our Marketing department. This entry-level role is ideal for recent Doctorate graduates with a passion for risk assessment and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, evaluate potential risks, and contribute to data-backed decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for marketing campaigns and IT projects.
• Identify, analyze, and document potential financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting IT and marketing sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management protocols.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards using analytical tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 31000, GDPR).
• Support ad-hoc risk analysis projects as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify subtle patterns and anomalies in data.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with risk assessment tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for reporting and presentations.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager).
• Exposure to IT security frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT).
• Prior internship or academic projects in risk analysis.
