Job Overview

HR Global Reach is seeking a highly skilled Risk Analyst with over a decade of experience in the Healthcare IT sector. This is a part-time, remote position based in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in ReactJS, and a deep understanding of risk management frameworks in healthcare IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for IT systems and infrastructure in the healthcare sector.
• Identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies to minimize IT-related risks.
• Develop and maintain risk management documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare data security standards.
• Analyze system logs, security alerts, and incident reports to detect potential risks.
• Utilize ReactJS for developing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize risk data.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on risk awareness and best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and trends in healthcare IT.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting risk exposure and mitigation progress.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent required; additional certifications in Risk Management or IT Security preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, specifically within the Healthcare IT sector.
• Proven track record in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks in healthcare environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in ReactJS for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with risk assessment tools and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical risk modeling.

Soft Skills
