Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated RTL Design Engineer with 0-1 year of experience to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or diploma holders to kickstart their careers in VLSI and hardware design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement RTL (Register Transfer Level) code for digital circuits.
- Work closely with verification teams to ensure design functionality and performance.
- Participate in synthesis, timing analysis, and optimization of RTL designs.
- Debug and resolve design issues during simulation and prototyping phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.
- Document design specifications, test plans, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital logic design and RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL).
- Basic knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow.
- Familiarity with simulation tools like ModelSim or QuestaSim.
- Exposure to synthesis and timing analysis tools (e.g., Design Compiler, PrimeTime).
- Understanding of scripting languages (Python/Perl/TCL) is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or academic projects in RTL design or VLSI.
- Basic knowledge of protocols like AXI, APB, or I2C.
- Exposure to FPGA development boards.
