Production In-Charge / Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production In-Charge / Manager to oversee and optimize beverage production processes in our state-of-the-art facility in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage production management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

This full-time role requires a hands-on leader who can manage production workflows, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage production operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Monitor machinery and equipment performance, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Lead and train production teams to improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
• Optimize inventory management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
• Address production challenges promptly and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with R&D and supply chain teams to launch new products efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Production Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in beverage production management within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven track record in optimizing production workflows and reducing operational costs.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of beverage processing techniques, packaging, and quality control.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track KPIs and performance metrics.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
