Key Responsibilities for Safety Officers
As a Safety Officer with our construction team, you will be tasked with implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety protocols across all project sites. Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies while fostering a culture of safety excellence.
Daily Safety Operations
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, including inspection reports, accident records, and safety meeting minutes

- Prepare and submit regular safety performance reports to management

Risk Management
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures across construction operations
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures and conduct regular drills
- Review existing policies and measures according to changing legislation and industry best practices
- Install and maintain safety signage and communication boards throughout project sites
Safety Officer Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Certification
