Job Overview

Seagull International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer – Industrial Equipment to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA). This is a full-time position within the Oil & Gas industry, offering a competitive salary range of 10-15 LPA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales and a deep understanding of engineering solutions for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial equipment in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and propose customized solutions for client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and after-sales support.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to expand professional networks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Doctorate in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years in industrial equipment sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in the Middle East, specifically Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Certifications in sales or engineering-related disciplines.
