About the Role

Talentrio, a leading retail company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM software).

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of the UAE retail market.
• Multilingual abilities (English + Arabic or other languages).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
