Job Overview

Indman Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking entry-level Scaffolders to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position within the Oil & Gas production department, offering hands-on experience in high-demand construction projects. Candidates with 0-1 year of experience and a passion for scaffolding are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling, dismantling, and repairing scaffolding structures as per safety regulations.
• Ensuring scaffolds are stable, secure, and meet project specifications.
• Inspecting scaffolding materials for defects before and after use.
• Following blueprints and engineering guidelines for scaffold assembly.
• Working closely with construction teams to support ongoing Oil & Gas projects.
• Adhering to all workplace safety protocols and company policies.
• Assisting in the transportation and storage of scaffolding equipment.
• Reporting any hazards or structural issues to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines).
• 0-1 year of experience in scaffolding or construction-related roles.
• Prior exposure to Oil & Gas projects is advantageous (but not mandatory).

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of scaffolding assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with scaffolding tools and equipment.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments for extended periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting.

Salary & Benefits
