Scaffolder Job in Abu Dhabi – Full Time (Oil & Gas / Engineering & Construction)

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to support maintenance and construction activities in the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in scaffold erection, a keen eye for safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure structural integrity.
• Follow engineering drawings and specifications for scaffold assembly.
• Work closely with engineers and construction teams to meet project timelines.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols on-site.
• Operate and maintain scaffolding tools and equipment.
• Report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in scaffold erection (1-3 years).
• Knowledge of scaffolding materials and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards.
• Physical stamina to work at heights and lift heavy materials.

Educational Background:

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• Certification in scaffolding or construction safety (preferred).

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site (no remote work).
• Location: Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Shift: Day/Night shifts as per project requirements.
• Environment: Construction/Oil & Gas site (exposure to outdoor conditions).

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: 2-4 LPA (based on experience).
